Project Intro
Meet Dr. Ken Ginsburg's new digital home for his teen-serving organization, Fostering Resilience.
This project was about more than a visual redesign, it was a full rebuild of his online presence into a modern, centralized resource hub that genuinely reflects his work, voice, and reach.
Objective
The primary goal was to replace an outdated website with a modern, user-friendly experience that could house a large volume of content in a clear and organized way.
The site needed to serve multiple audiences—from parents to teen-serving professional organizations—while making it easy to access research, videos, and written resources. It also needed to clearly present Dr. Ken’s background, promote his books, support speaking and advocacy efforts, and provide a direct path for contact. Strong SEO, mobile optimization, and shareability were essential from the start.
Process
We began by auditing and migrating all existing content from the previous site (see a screenshot of the old site below), including research briefs, articles, and video materials. From there, we worked directly with Dr. Ginsburg to expand the content library with new materials, building out a structured system that allows users to easily sort and navigate resources based on their needs.
On the design side, we refreshed the overall look and feel to better align with Dr. Ken’s personal tone—approachable, credible, and grounded. This included thoughtful typography, imagery selection, and a clean layout system designed to reduce friction and improve usability across devices.
Development focused on performance, responsiveness, and long-term flexibility. The site was built to be fast, easy to manage, and scalable as new content continues to be added over time.

This project was defined by direct collaboration.
We worked closely with Dr. Ken and his team throughout the process, having in-depth conversations to fully understand his vision and ensure the site reflected it accurately. That level of access and communication is unique, and is difficult to achieve with larger agencies. Even if you can get someone on the phone, it is best to be in direct communication with the person who is actually doing the work, which was the case here.
At the same time, we delivered a high-quality, fully custom solution within a realistic budget. The result sits in a practical middle ground—much more thoughtful and refined than low-cost options, without the overhead and rigidity of a large agency.
