New Project for Boston Real Estate Agent

As a creative studio, one of our biggest goals is to help businesses stand out in a crowded market by delivering unique and compelling branding and marketing materials.

We pride ourselves on our ability to provide custom solutions that meet the needs of our clients, and we're constantly striving to push the envelope and stay ahead of the curve. In this post, we're excited to showcase some recent work that we've done for one of our clients.

Our client, a real estate agent from the Boston area, approached us with the challenge of creating a brand that would resonate with his target audience and help him stand out among other real estate agents in the area. He wanted a very specific look that would capture the essence of his brand and take his real estate business to the next level. He also wanted to highlight his company’s unique selling points, such as his ability to help older homeowners downsize in an all-inclusive, easy process.

To get started, we conducted some research on the real estate industry and our client's competitors. We wanted to understand what would really set our client apart to help his business grow. Armed with this knowledge, we set about creating a brand identity that would differentiate his company and bring new clients to him.

We worked closely with our client to refine the logo concept until it perfectly represented his brand values and aspirations. We created a bold, modern logo that features the Leonard Zakim Bunker Hill Memorial Bridge, a very famous and recognizable bridge from Boston. We chose a nice navy blue and a complimentary white and red to cultivate a very legit-looking and New England-esque brand.

Next, we implemented this logo and branding on a few different marketing materials. We created a custom mailer to be printed out and sent to hundreds of homeowners in his target market. We also developed a sleek and unique presentation deck for him to show to his potential clients. Lastly, we also developed a simple website for his business to create a place where people could go to learn more about his company and get in touch with him.
