A large-scale, international campaign in partnership with Klarna and Apple Pay, involving the creation of hundreds of custom-designed visual assets across social media, digital platforms, and out-of-home placements. Built for global reach and platform-specific performance, the campaign delivered cohesive, high-impact creative across multiple markets, formats, and audience touchpoints.

Vision

The goal of the campaign was to communicate a simple idea at scale: some combinations just work. That concept became the foundation for a wide range of visual executions, each designed to feel clear, recognizable, and adaptable across platforms.

At the same time, the work needed to function globally. Messaging had to translate across regions, languages, and formats without losing clarity or visual consistency. Every asset needed to feel native to its platform while still contributing to a unified campaign.

Process

Execution required a highly structured but flexible approach. Each platform—Meta, Snapchat, YouTube, TikTok, digital signage, and billboards—came with its own specifications, safe zones, and performance considerations. Assets were not resized; they were intentionally designed for their final environment.

The scope extended across the United States, United Kingdom, and Canada, with additional adaptations in French and Spanish. This introduced spatial and linguistic challenges, requiring layout adjustments and careful attention to how messaging translated visually and contextually.

The project involved ongoing collaboration with internal and external teams across multiple countries and time zones. This included managing rounds of revisions, aligning with brand and legal requirements, and maintaining consistency across a high volume of deliverables. Despite the scale, the workflow remained controlled, with each asset tracked, reviewed, and delivered to meet launch timelines.

What made this project work at this level was our nimble internal systems.

A smaller, highly aligned team allowed for faster decision-making, tighter communication, and the ability to adapt quickly as the project evolved. Without layers of management or rigid systems, we were able to move efficiently, respond to feedback in real time, and maintain momentum across hundreds of assets.

That flexibility extended across borders. Coordinating with teams in different states, countries, and time zones required clear communication and trust in the process. Because of how closely our team works together, we were able to stay aligned internally while delivering consistently at a high level externally.

The result was a campaign executed with the precision of a large operation, but the speed and adaptability of a small, focused team.
